o 7+ years of hands-on experience of the ServiceNow enterprise product suite including core process areas in ITSM, and others such as ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HR, CSM.
o Experience with Service Portal is a must.
o Experience in implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB, Orchestration, PPM.
o Should be able to perform all aspects of Platform Administration, Design, Development and implementation of Software solutions.
o Extensive hands-on experience of working with script-based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc.
o Experience in Orchestration, Integrations
