Role & responsibilities
This role provides administrative and analytics support for Global Reward & Benefits initiatives. The Global Reward & Benefits team is responsible for designing and implementing an effective and efficient Reward & Benefits service for employees and Partners.
You will have performed a Compensation/Reward and Benefits Analyst role in a large commercial environment, ideally Professional Services. It would be beneficial to have also worked in a Shared Services environment
Experience in using Workday Advanced Compensation and Benefits applications
You will have been actively involved with the successful delivery of annual salary and bonus reviews. You should be capable of providing operational delivery and be comfortable in partnering with the business
The ideal candidate would also have good experience and knowledge of Benefits administration/management using a benefits system, ideally Workday
