Position - Manager HR (New Role)

Location - Gurgaon

Experience- 7-12 Years

Work Schedule - Hybrid (2 days from office)


Role Brief -

This is Manager HR role, reporting into Director HR.

This role is a mix of HR Analytics and Core HR functions (People, Culture, HRBP)

This role spans over making policy, process and analytics

Data Analytics is a core requirement, HR Analytics skills should include Advance Excel/Power BI

This is strategic role and requires global experience into managing global stakeholders.

Ideally someone from Management Consulting background having combination of HRBP + Analytics is need.

HR Analytics Certification is preferable
